À La Carte Wednesdays are designed to give families maximum flexibility and students the freedom to explore what excites them. Students may enroll in one class, multiple classes, or a full day, depending on their interests and availability. We offer a rotating selection of enrichment options such as theatre,

mechanics, choir, design, cooking, baking, and more—giving students the opportunity to try new skills, discover passions, and build confidence in a low-pressure environment. Each class has its own age range, capacity, and pricing, allowing families to customize their experience. À La Carte Wednesdays are a perfect way for students to explore interests, connect with peers, and expand learning beyond the traditional classroom. Choose 1 Class or all of them the choice is yours!

Theatre Bootcamp

In this hands-on class, students will create their own script, design costumes and props, and perform their own production. They will experience every part of the theatre process while building creativity, teamwork, and confidence.

Natural Products
15 Weeks

In this hands-on class, students will learn about clean, non-toxic ingredients and how to use them to create natural products such as organic chapsticks, deodorants, and hand creams. They will explore safe, simple formulas while building practical skills and awareness about healthy, everyday products.

In this high-energy class, students will participate in age-appropriate high-intensity interval training designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Through fun, structured workouts, they will improve coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning the importance of staying active and healthy.

In this class, students will explore a variety of sports throughout the year, giving them the opportunity to try new activities and discover what they enjoy. Each week will focus on a different sport while building teamwork, coordination, sportsmanship, and confidence in a fun and active environment.

Choir

In this class, students will develop their vocal skills, confidence, and stage presence through group singing and performance. Led by recording artist and Director of the Palm Beach Singers Choir, Terrion Nelson, students will learn proper vocal technique, harmony, and musical expression while preparing for live performances in a fun and encouraging environment.

Set Design

In this hands-on class, students will learn how to create stunning stage sets for our theatre productions. Taught by a professional muralist, students will explore large-scale painting techniques, design concepts, and creative construction while bringing the older students’ production to life through beautiful, immersive set designs.

Repurpose

In this creative class, students will learn about recycling and sustainability while transforming everyday items into useful and fun new creations. Through hands-on projects, they will explore how to repurpose materials, reduce waste, and think creatively about giving old items new life.

In this class, students will learn the basics of baking while creating fun and delicious treats. They will practice measuring ingredients, following recipes, and understanding simple kitchen techniques in a hands-on and enjoyable environment.
