À La Carte Wednesdays are designed to give families maximum flexibility and students the freedom to explore what excites them. Students may enroll in one class, multiple classes, or a full day, depending on their interests and availability. We offer a rotating selection of enrichment options such as theatre,
mechanics, choir, design, cooking, baking, and more—giving students the opportunity to try new skills, discover passions, and build confidence in a low-pressure environment. Each class has its own age range, capacity, and pricing, allowing families to customize their experience. À La Carte Wednesdays are a perfect way for students to explore interests, connect with peers, and expand learning beyond the traditional classroom. Choose 1 Class or all of them the choice is yours!

Study Hall is a structured, quiet environment where students work independently on assigned schoolwork. During this time, students may complete homework, projects, or other academic tasks provided by parents or teachers. Phones are not permitted, and students may only work on school-related assignments — this is not a free or social period.
A facilitator will be present to provide limited guidance if needed; however, students should come prepared to work independently and manage their time responsibly. Students are only permitted to enroll in one Study Hall class per day.

In this hands-on class, students will learn about clean, non-toxic ingredients and how to use them to create natural products such as organic chapsticks, deodorants, and hand creams. They will explore safe, simple formulas while building practical skills and awareness about healthy, everyday products.
In this high-energy class, students will participate in age-appropriate high-intensity interval training designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Through fun, structured workouts, they will improve coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning the importance of staying active and healthy.

In this hands-on class, students will learn the basic parts of a car and how they work, including an introduction to the engine and essential vehicle systems. They will gain practical skills such as changing a tire, checking and replacing fluids, and understanding basic car maintenance, building confidence and real-world knowledge.

In this class, students will run a full school news station, reporting on weather, school announcements, current events, student interviews, and more. They will learn the fundamentals of journalism, broadcasting, script writing, and on-camera presentation while building confidence, communication skills, and teamwork in a real-world media setting.

In this hands-on business class, students will learn how a real business operates from start to finish. They will create a business plan, develop menus, price products, and present their proposal to a local coffee shop to secure donated coffee. Students will learn key financial concepts such as revenue, expenses, and profit — and after the planning phase, they will actually run the coffee shop for parents and at major school events throughout the semester.
This is a real earning opportunity, as students will split the profits among themselves. A returning favorite from last year, this class was brought back by popular demand and gives students practical, real-world entrepreneurial experience.

In this high-energy class, students will participate in age-appropriate high-intensity interval training designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Through fun, structured workouts, they will improve coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning the importance of staying active and healthy.
In this hands-on class, students will design, build, and code their own robots while learning the fundamentals of engineering and programming. Throughout the semester, they will test, refine, and improve their creations before competing against one another in a friendly robotics competition. This class builds problem-solving skills, teamwork, and confidence through innovation and real-world application.
In this hands-on class, students will create and launch their own real working businesses from the ground up. They will learn how to register a business, open and manage a bank account, understand revenue, expenses, and how to set aside money for taxes. Students will also build their own websites and develop a clear plan for selling their product or service.
At the end of the semester, they will participate in a Business Fair where they will present and sell their offerings. Students are encouraged to continue growing their businesses beyond the class, turning their ideas into ongoing income-generating opportunities.

In this extended, hands-on class, students will take their baking skills to the next level by working on more detailed and advanced recipes. They will practice precision measuring, timing, technique, and presentation while learning the science behind baking. This two-hour class allows for deeper instruction, more complex creations, and a stronger understanding of kitchen skills and responsibility.

In this hands-on class, students will learn how to create and run a successful podcast from an experienced podcaster. They will explore topic development, scripting, interviewing, recording techniques, editing basics, and how to build and grow an audience. Students will gain real-world media skills while developing confidence, creativity, and strong communication abilities.
